When purchasing, we need to understand the materials that need to be processed. Press machines with different fiber contents also vary. 4. After about 5 minutes of feeding, the water content in the discharge remains stable and normal.

When stopping the machine, first stop feeding, completely discharge the material outside the machine, open the cage cover, rinse the inside and outside of the machine with clean water, and then stop the machine. Otherwise, the material will dry and block the spiral screen gap, making it difficult to start and filter the water when starting again.

When the machine needs to be stopped after the pressing is completed, it cannot be stopped directly. The pressure of the hydraulic system should be reduced first, and then the forced door should be lifted. The machine should be stopped after all material residues in the screening bucket are discharged from the forced door.

5. After using the press, the residue inside the machine should be cleaned up, and the machine should be wiped dry with a cloth before being placed.
