Screw press system features:

1. Manual control: Each motor is equipped with a frequency conversion cabinet and a frequency conversion conversion cabinet. When the frequency conversion cabinet fails or is abnormal, the system can switch to the original starting cabinet through the frequency conversion cabinet, so that the compression function can continue to produce normally. The frequency conversion conversion cabinet is also equipped with an AC reactor, which can effectively suppress the influence of harmonics on the grid and protect the inverter from the surge voltage of the grid.

2. In order to improve the extraction rate and ensure the thickness of the sugarcane layer is the premise of balanced extrusion, the simple speed adjustment of the sugarcane conveyor may not fully meet the requirements of balanced extrusion. Then add a sensor in each extruder to detect the actual current of the motor, as the feedback signal of the frequency converter, and the frequency converter controls the speed of the motor according to the feedback signal. If the sugarcane layer is too thick, the motor current will increase, and the frequency converter will increase the motor speed to squeeze the sugarcane layer as soon as possible; if the sugarcane layer is too thin, the motor current will decrease, and the frequency converter will reduce the motor speed to squeeze the sugarcane layer as completely as possible . In this way, the motor current fluctuates in a small range all the time, thus ensuring uniform thickness of the sugarcane layer and helping to improve the extraction rate.

3. After the transformation of the screw press, the system is equipped with: the operation and adjustment of the original system, the power frequency start of the new system, the frequency conversion start of the new system, and the automatic control of the new system.
