A lithium battery recycling and processing device is a method for treating and recycling dry polar plates with a separator, which includes:

1. Pre crushing treatment can be carried out on dry polar materials with membranes in a pre crushing machine to break the materials into materials of around 40x30x10mm;

2. Use a conveyor to transport the pre crushed material to a crusher and collect iron from the material during the conveying process. The discharge end of the conveyor is equipped with a magnetic drum to adsorb iron from the material;

3. Use a crusher to crush the material conveyed by a conveyor, and the size of the crushed material is about 10mm;

4. High speed dispersion of the crushed material can be carried out in a vortex disperser;

5. Negative pressure extraction of high-speed dispersed materials, and the use of a sorting device to separate the high-speed dispersed materials into a mixture of black powder and aluminum, with a membrane attached to the surface of black powder;

6. Negative pressure extraction of a membrane with black powder attached to its surface, and the separation device is used to separate the membrane from the black powder attached to its surface. The separated membrane and black powder are dispersed at high speed to recover the membrane and black powder separately;

7. Transport the mixture of black powder and aluminum to the second crusher for crushing, and the material crushed by the second crusher enters the third sorting device. Use the third sorting device 12 to separate the black powder and aluminum, in order to recover the black powder and aluminum separately.
